<div>After searching for a tech answer, Google gave me a result to MyBroadband. So, I created a Profile to join the forums.... LO and BEHOLD... I get blocked and marked as SPAM. So after phoning three times and speaking to a lady that was actually not very helpful, she told me to mail Maruis at *** with my first call, I wrote a email to Maruis.... The lady then informed me on the second call that Maruis can't help me as he is currently on vacation. Really?!? Then she informed me that a moderator marked me as spam, but nobody can tell me who and there is no way to contact that person to rectify the problem. Then I was also advised to use another email address to create a new profile and then try again. What if I get blocked on that one aswell?

Here is the mail I sent to the vacationing Maruis.

"Good day.

Could someone please assist me with the following problem.

I just signed up for the forums using my other email address ***. After trying to use my full name and surname, your system informed me that there is already such a user registered. So I decided to use my nickname between my name and surname.... LANGGAT. As I am a 1.98 meters tall and weighing 158 kg, the nic actually suits me quite well. But somewhere, someone decided that something is amiss with my account. So they blocked me and branded me as SPAM. WITH...NO...EXPLANATION...AS...TO...WHY...I...AM...CONSIDERED...A...SOURCE...OF...SPAM.

I am willing to send photos of my wife, two beautiful grown kids and my three foster children as well, and if need be an affidavit from the local police station to confirm that I am actually not a walking computer but an actual human being......

Any help would realllllllly help a lot.

In a nut shell, and I apologize for my next comment, first impressions last and my first impression is that mybroadband utilizes dumbasses. Sorry to those who actually try to make a difference otherwise.
