Serious about customer service

I recently ordered a relatively large order of meat from MyBraai.co.za. The order was placed on Friday afternoon and was received on Monday afternoon. There were a few hiccups with my order and I immediately informed them, and they apologised and informed me that the whole of my order would be replaced the following day.

The next day, I received a brand new order, with awesome quality meat, perfect packaging and a complimentary bottle of wine to apologize for the issues. I was kept up to date regarding my order and all of my emails and correspondence were responded to promptly.

I can definitely recommend MyBraai.co.za to anyone who wants great quality meat, conveniently packaged with fast delivery at your convenience. Oh and their customer service is exceptional!
