Disappointed with faulty product and poor customer service

As a breastfeeding mom, I was really hopeful about this maternity bra—but it arrived with a clear fault: the straps were far too short. I emailed immediately and was told by the owner that “the last few batches” had this issue and that new stock wouldn’t be available for another month or two.

Even though the website promises collection for faulty items, I was asked to ship it back at my own cost. When I requested she arrange collection as stated, she stopped responding and ignored my follow-up emails.

Very disappointed in both the quality of the product and the lack of accountability or support.

Email from owner confirming there was a fault with the product: Good morning my love, It seems the last few batches the pattern has been changed slightly and the straps are too short. I can definitely take them back but can only get new ones made in a month or two. Please let me know if you’d like a refund or to wait for an exchange 🫶🏼 Sending love, Michaella
