Poor horrible company who confuse people!!!

The agent contacted me and didn’t explain properly the service over the phone, I agreed. Then a day later different agent called me Pearl Jacobs and explained service differently I said that I am not interested and don’t want to deal with your company. I said cancel everything I am not in debts however she said she can’t cancel and hang up phone on me. I wrote few emails to her and customer service as well, everyone is ignoring me! Extremely poor service I never met such a poor service in SA before! Immediately cancel the process and teach your agents properly. At the same time I never sent you any documents how can you contact my banks and put me on debt review!? I am not in debt at all!
