Mislead customer

I am disgusted and disappointed at the lack of the training of your employees .i got a gift card worth a R1000 only to find that I can only do a facial with it ,The person who bought a gift card was not advised that it’s limiting to that only and I don’t do treatments or any facials on my face .

Today I called one of your stands at Sandton city and the sales consultant Jane said I can buy a diffuser with it she will call around to try to source it for me as they don’t have it at the stands ,She did call me back and is going back on her word. I’m literally forced to do a facial which my face doesn’t need .

What am I suppose to do with a R1000 gift voucher? I work for a high end luxury brand and we offer gift cards as well but we don’t force or restrict customers To buy what we want ?

This is utterly ridiculous I want a refund!!!!! Frustrating thing is that you can’t use the gift voucher online .

Please advice as my gift card is expiring today?
