Unfortunately my review is not good. A few months ago I went through the same issue with the same company named Mybabieswear.com. Both incidents they took money out of my bank account claiming that I have subscribed to their business. I am already 60 and my grandkids are already teens. Should I wish to buy them clothes I will surely go to my local store to buy clothes and not subscribe to a babie site online as they claimed I did. The first time the matter was resolved and I got my money back. Unfortunately after few months I was surprised by my bank notified me about this same Mybabieswear.com who deducted two amounts out of my account on December 19, 2024. I immediately was upset because according to them I was not on their system anymore after the first incident. I contacted their live chat and spoke to an agent explaining to him my situation and that it was the second time this now has happened. Again just like the first time he told me I subscribed to their site( again I did not). He then told me again he cancelled it and that the amount will be refunded to my bank account after the manager approved it. I was informed that the manager approved it and that my money would be refunded into my account within 3 tot 5 days. It is almost January 10, 2025 and I have in the meantime contacted the live chat 3 more times. Three different agents telling or answering me back with the same computerised answers with no results. Today again I spoke on their live chat with the first agent who told me they have processed my refund. But today he ask again for my proof of amounts been deducted and now he claims the amounts we cancelled immediately and was not deducted but on my statements it clearly shows the 2 amounts with bank fees been deducted and my balance being changed. Today he referred me again to his manager who had already approved my refund on December 19, 2024. Then he referred me to their support where I had to explain my whole situation all over again that left me so frustrated with this Mybabieswear.com that I feel I have no other option as to write a review so people should be aware of their intentions to make money ********ly.
