Bad service from Myatts

I ordered 20 macaroons for a function, for 28 Aug. It was supposed to be ready for 5pm. I called on Friday morning to ask if I could have it ready for lunch time, and they said it was fine. They called at lunch to say 2.30, then called again to say 5.30, then called again to say 6pm. I said that I would arrange for someone to collect at 6pm, and if the macaroons weren't ready, that the order should be cancelled. At 6pm, my order wasn't ready and they gave me 6 \complimentary"macaroons for the inconvenience and said that the order for 20 would be ready at 7.30pm. So I arranged for collection the next morning"
