Setting the record straight

In response to Louise about this retailer. I hadn't had any use of said product since it said 6-12 months. I, naturally like many moms probably would have, assumed the size would be for the age stipulated on the label and I bought it when my child still very little, I kept it aside for when she would be going to creche, hence the name written in it. And for the record her head is well within the normal age related size for an 8 month old so if we really want to get technical the product should still fit her until she is a year old as it says on its label and since it doesn't I can only assume its defective in it's sizing. The poor customer service and snotty attitude I received were totally unnecessary, there's a right way and a wrong way of dealing with customers and this retailer failed terribly at it, that was my experience and I believe others should know about it. I am all for supporting South African business but not this one.<br> <br> p.s. I gave the hat minus the label to a friend for her 3 month old who surprise surprise it fits.. go figure!
