you pay full price instead of delivery charge only

This company advertises purchase of weight loss consumables where, as a trial, you only pay the \shipping"charges of about R107.00 but you actually get billed for R1088.00 on your debit card. When I phoned them I was told that in the \""terms and conditions\"" section it is stated that if you do not phone them to request the \""special offer\"" then the full price of $89.00 is charged PLUS the Shipping charges.? They also claim delivery within 7 days but it has been almost a month and still no sign of the products.!!! I believe this is a ****.??? """
