Negligent Mechanic

Clearly these people don't know what they are doing. I took my car for a suspension check and it came back with more problems, only to find that for some reason the right control arm bolt was made loose and caused my car to swerve to the sides when driving. I nearly died because of Jan's negligence. And even after complaining to the owner he sided with the mechanic claiming the car came in like that.
