Disgusting Company and Poor Service

People I have never seen such nonsense in my entire life,I asked for major service from this people,My Zone next to Engen garage in Orchard ptanorth,they change oil,air filter and plugs,my car is more damaged its not running,they changed things and put them incorrectly,they say I should have asked what I wanted to do.What is a major swrvice verses minor one?
