They take back their product but ***** the REFUND

Good day, I have contacted the Ombuds for assistance with getting a refund from Makro and My Wellness.

I made a order on Makro Online which ended us having 88 tablets instead of the advertised 90 tablets. My Wellness sent a courier to take the tablets back because they were missing 2 tablets and never sent new ones. I've waited over a month since my initial complaint. Makro is doing nothing to assist. I;ve seen HelloPeter complaints of My Wellness where people do not get refunds I just want my money back at this point
