Bought vegan protein on TA from MW and they dont do returns on TA. Found their details online and contacted them about the protein smelling of glue and has an off pungent odor and tastes disgusting. MW contacted me and said they will collect it for testing, that was a month ago and although we all closed for the holidays, we have reopened and i have had to beg them for an update. No updates. Someone rep**** and said it looks fine and i said but why are you looking at it, smell it and taste it, no reply! I said please return it and i will send it for testing, no reply! They are without a doubt the worst company to deal with when it comes to sales and service, will never support them again and will suggest my friends do the same!
