My voltage power loading cash issue

Loaded power last night before I left the office cause we have wifi. Then only to get home no power loaded. But the cash is out my bank. Cost mentors have to go buy data to visit the site the site should first of all be a app and should be free to visit how ever got the data loaded power again eventually got power but now the question is how do I get that cash back that's just floating arround
