Constant struggle and issues

MyVoltage is a company trying to supply a prepaid electrical and water service. They have struggled from day 1 at our complex and still struggling after more than a year. There are constant issues with meter readings, account payments reflecting, etc. I currently have iPay trying to assist MyVoltage to get my payment to reflect on their system. Oh.. what a constant struggle with explanations.... :-(
