Avoid MY VOLTAGE!!!

Unfortunately I rent an office where they installed a meter. For Month on end I struggled to register on their website and make payments. After a couple of months got in and for 2 months payed double the amount I used. Now they simply cut my power and told I'm not allowed to have a negative balance even though without my numerous efforts to get registered they would not have even know about my existence. I explained that I'm making down payments but they simply ignore me.
