Avoid at all cost

This is easily the worst experience I have had dealing with a utilities company. They made a mistake with the water billing and kept turning off my power and put the onus to solve the issue. The tone they adopted towards the issue was that I was that they were doing me a favor fixing an issue that their on incompetence and bad system. And it is not just that, often when one calls after hours the phone will just ring and there will be no call back. I am not trying to be insulting but it really is a bad company that should be avoided at all costs. I am going t be actively trying to get the body cooperate to change the the provider, I don't know how successful I will be but I must try. If you could give a minus I would. It hurts my soul to know that am going to be stuck with these guys for the foreseeable future.
