My trip *******

I have a few tickets booked through them. Firstly impossible to get through. If I do they do not want to help.I am asking for a refund from them for the airline TAAG. TAAG confirmed they would refund. When I spoke to them they said they had to still find out the airline policy. I am not able to email them as it is returned. They bunch of *******. The staff too. The fish rots from the head down. Do not book with them.
