People who work in my trip are big ********, they will not refund your money when your flight get cancelled and if you request them to refund and they will say I will process and I got mail from flight service they had refunded money to them but this guys playing game and especially one of there customer service member with name Priya if you ask her to refund and she put your call on hold and act like she didn’t hear anything in the call and put you call block this.
