Very unreliable online shop

Paid for sound bar, delivery should have taken 3 days. Week later I called after no responses to emails and person said he will find out where delivery is. After that no call answered or any emails answered. But when you send mail from another email address about "a new order' they reply within 7 minutes. Do not trust this company at all
