I don’t know where to start, I order Hisense washing machine top loader on 25 August 2024. I tried to track my online but it keeps on saying processing so I tried to call them no answer until this other guy answered and told me they have logistics problems but they deliver on the 06 of September, on the 06 no delivery, I tried to call them again no answer until today and I tried to reach them through email still they promise to deliver again but no delivery until today. I tried to request refund but no response.
