Is it really My Tech shop or what?
Is this a real online business? Why then don't they deliver what is paid for? I paid R3999.99 for an Econo Series 3000VA 1800W UPS on 23rd August 2024 and to this day I have not received the item. They randomly send me re-assuring messages that the item shall be delivered on such and such a day but never delivers. Are we being ****med or what? Why should an order take this long? Why is it that My Tech Shop's address of 21 Woodlands Dr, Woodmead isn't real?

It will arrive on 20/09/2024. We look forward to fulfilling your order.". And the day went by with no delivery whatsoever!!

21 Sept 2024, 21:16I drove to 21 Woodlands Dr, Woodmead only to find that My Technology House LTD does not exist at all! No such business is located at 21 Woodlands Dr, Woodmead. My Tech Shop isn't an online store...it is non-existent!! Their emails are so impersonal (no name of sender) as if written by a chatbot. Their phone lines remain unanswered. How can such a **** continue to take our money!!!LET US STOP THE ROT!!!

It appears they are able to deliver stuff that costs a few rand like a ream of paper so that they can get a positive remark but when it comes to stuff worth a few thousand rand, then just know you are not getting anything!! Buy from reputable and traceable merchants! MY TECH SHOP is neither reputable nor traceable!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! TOO CHEAP TO BE TRUE BECAUSE THEY AIN'T TRUE AT ALL!!
