Subscriptions that I did not apply to

Good Morning, I am with Vodacom and don't check my invoices, but yesterday I did and since August I have been getting charges for services "Entertainment Services" and "Content Services: August ES: R73.08 September ES: R188.79 October ES R182.70 November ES: R60.90 November CS: R109.50 Entertainment Services total R505.47 Content Services total R109.62 Total R615.09 I phoned Vodacom and they say that the following subscriptions were on my account: 1. p-telecoming-zaplium-c-01 (SX69) Opera Telecom 2. MyCoolMobi/PnetShop Services Vodacom cancelled them with immediate . Firstly how are the companies able to do this without permission. Does this mean that I just loose the R615.09 as this is a lot of money for me. Do these companies think that it is okay to take peoples money. They should be penalized What is the next step that I can take? Thanks Megan Bertz
