My Subscription - Pay them but don't expect to receive your magazines!

My Subscriptions is an online subscription company where one can purchase online or printed magazines. I would advise anyone that wish to make use of their services against it. I bought a subscription for my fiance to his favorite magazine Bicycling for a 12 month period. The purchase was done in July 2018.

The lead time - 6 weeks. Upon inquiring why he has not received anything, I was told he will be receiving his October 2018 issue (3 months later). I told them 3 months is unacceptable as you of course like anything else have to pay upfront. They then told me that the October issue is delivered in September..... Up to now (4 October 2018) still no magazine has arrived. I emailed them and told them to cancel the subscription and refund my payment and all of a sudden, you don't get a response. This is unprofessional.

No wonder print media in this country is suffering!
