Why suspend my subscription??

I have a existing subscription to MY Subs for a 'kreatiewe bondel' and Weg magazine.. No problems until I received a message today that my subscriptions have been suspended due to non payment. <br> I am actually without words... Please fix this mess.. There was and is even today more than enough money in my account for this debit order.
