systems not working right

I tried downloading my intiem book and it downloaded twice so i cancelled one and it cancelled both i had uninstall the app and reinstall and now i have to download all the books again. I find it unacceptable that the system doesnt work right and all the data.must come from me. Doesnt seem fair.
