Super disappointed - worst service..

<p>I have a subscription for Cosmo at My Subs. Since January I have recieved my mag twice without me having to either ask or email or phone. June issue also still not received. No response to emaill, nothing. I still have a subscription till December.... I am tired of paying for useless service and customer service is very very poor!!! TERRIBLE!! Shame on you guys for taking peoples money for granted, specially now!!! I want to know when I will be receiving my Cosmo, i already paid for?? Seems like cancelling is not an option as you dont even refund from what I see... Not good!!!</p>
