Still waiting for my magazine

I subscribed to two Visi magazines on Jan the 7th. I checked my statements and they were both paid for immediately. I received one of the magazines, but I am still awaiting the other one. It was suppose to come in early February and the subscription is a GIFT to someone. How embarrassing for me. Sort it out, I am not happy
