I Subscribed to Cosmopolitan Magazine via My Subs last year May. To date i have received 5 magazines without me having to throw a tantrum- the rest of the magazines i have yet to receive! i have since cancelled my subscription in DECEMBER 2014 and am still waiting for my refund!!!! i initially dealt with Lee-Anne Morris who sent my request to the finance dept. and now i have been dealing with Luleka Mayikana who cannot seem to do her job of PROCESSING MY REFUND!!! i regret dealing with this company and will never recommend it to anyone! Luleka called me again this morning requesting a refund form (which has to be stamped by a bank meaning i need to leave my work so she can do her work) I REFUSE! i sent my banking details on the 18.02.2015 and still NOTHING!! I WANT MY REFUND
My apologies for the frustration you are experiencing. We request a form stamped by the bank to ensure we have received the correct banking details and this is to protect you as the consumer. I will attend to this today and will confirm your refund with you tomorrow.
