Not getting my subscription

Good day,

After having a great experience previously subscribing to Elle Deco via MySubs I decided to renew my subscription once again. I prefer subscribing as its more economical and my local store don't stock it.

I received my subscription confirmations for a 1 year subscription each of Elle Deco (6 issues) and Glamour Hair (2 issues) in November 2016.

It is now September 2016 and til date I have only received a single issue of Glamour Hair and nothing else.

I have queried this issue, confirmed my address. There had been no delivery issues previously and as stated above I have received a issue of Glamour Hair. I have been CC'd in emails in which a reason for the delay or a solution to the problem can be given but it all ends there.

I feel severely cheated as I have paid to receive this service, I've missed how many issues thus far and because I didn't want to buy at a store because a) I have already paid for it and b) I foolishly believed it would still arrive.

Please I need answers
