Non delivery of Digital Publication

I have been subscribed to My Subs for various publications.Beeld & Rapport do not down load.Samantha asked me to delete publication and try 1 hour later.I have no success with getting the news paper on my iPad.This is a new concern.I never had this problem last year.My Subs advised they are working on the problem,meanwhile I am not reading News.Very disappointed subscriber Xannie Scholtz
