Hi.<br> <br> My credit card was deducted twice even though the subscription was cancelled, I did notify your finance department and I have been promised refund, up today no refund yet this dates back in September, I have been sending follow up emails no reply whatsoever.<br> <br> Please provide feedback and senior management contacts to escalate <br> <br> Regards<br>
