NO FEEDBACK

I was infromed that My Subs would increase for the second time in less then 5 months. i immediately phoned My Subs and requested my subscription to be cancelled. Samantha told me I would receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation. Half a week later and im still waiting for confirmation. I also sent an e-mail requesting this to be cancelled. How long does it take to acknowledge a cancellation request?
