Cancelled order money deducted

I have ordered two magazines but have cancelled one within an hour of ordering it. Both magazines subscriptions were charged on my credit card. I have phoned numerous times, got through to a consultant twice. They took my details and advised that someone will get back to me the same day, last time was on Tuesday this week, I am still waiting for the call back. I have also tried via email and with no joy. Please advise when the canceled magazine's subscription will be paid back.
