Advertised Gift on Subscription Not Received

<p>I subscribed to the Cosmopolitan magazine through My Subs in May 2016, where they promised a free set of 10 London Rimmel Lipsticks. Was super excited for such a great deal. After the payment was made, I followed up on the procedure of recieving the magazines as well as the gift. I was told via email that I will recieve a tracking number of my parcel. Two weeks later, still no tracking number and still no parcel. I have sent several e-mails requesting a follow up to which I haven't gotten any response to. I'm dissapointed in the false advertising and poor communication. My first magazine also arrived in a horrid state (bent with the packaging torn open). </p>
