Tracking number not found, for almost 3 weeks no order delivers and no respond to emails

I placed the order with this shop on the 7th of November and it was updated as payment received on the 10th. On the I voice it shows the tracking number and stated that the parcel will be shipped the following week. I have sent more than 4 emails inquiring about my order but not even the customer care did bother to respond to my emails let alone the orders department no respond at all. The tracking number that was written on the invoice history is not found on the SA post office tracking system. I have even sent them another email telling the to refund me my R660 as iam no longer willing to do any business with this shop...they are not reliable and from what I have find out from other customers I should have never waisted my time ordering their product because they end up frustrating you. All I want is money , there are many online shops that have excellent care and truly reliable to customers i normaly buy to, I thought this MY STYLE SHOP was one of them...DISAPPOINTED AND ****ED OFF!!
