BAD SERVICE ,hence the company does not want to refund my money back because they failed to deliver my order of I paid for.

On the 15 of May 2017 I made an order of SHAPE PANTS+BRA+BELT of which they said should pay R360 including the transportation of the goods, and then was told via email that my order will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days hence Im in Gauteng and they're located in Durban . Till today they have never not even once deliver my order and every time I email regarding my order they will always say "Noms please update the customer"...And they eventually stopped responding to my mails, even when i request for my money... All they do when I asked for my money ,they just asked for my banking details to refund me but still even today they have'nt refund me back and its been full 5 months .
