Bad customer service

<p>Besides the products being knock offs that gives you allergic reactions their customer service is horrible. After I sent payment (which would have reflected immediately in their account) I only received my tracking number 4 days later. After emailing non stop and following up with the courier they could not trace my parcel. Turns out they never shipped it. After more than a week my parcel was shipped just because I was complaining non stop. I then received the wrong product after they made the change on the system, When I asked the support team about it they were blaming each other for the mistake over emails whilst I was copied in. When asked that they send me the right colour of choice lipstick and collect the one I was wrongly sent I was told I'll receive a free gift with my next purchase. I did not want to make another purchase I only wanted my correct colour as requested. Up to date I have not heard back. After sale service is terrible. </p>
