DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

We ordered and paid these people in full to provide catering for our company year end function, December 2022. On the day of our event we received a call from them asking us to move our event to a different date as their vehicle had been involved in an accident and they can no longer provide their services. We could not do that, for obvious reasons, and we were promised a refund and had to very quickly make a plan to feed the 50 people attending. Days leading to the event the owner was very chatty and communicating all sorts of advice and confirming set up. We do understand that life happens and accepted the situation for what it was, but from then up until now, the owner simply ignores our messages and calls. We even offered that he makes payment arrangements with us, but nothing.. he simply ignores us.
