Unsatisfied customer

Bad service it's really annoying. I went to Protea spar in Queenstown I forgot an item in one of their trolleys. This incident happened on the 4th of June 2020 up until today I haven't received my item. I have consulted the managers with good promises at first but later invain. The last one just said they saw me on the footage but they cannot see my item. Shocking really how can an item just get lost in a huge shop like spar with no traice. (Unbelivable). How can I forget the rudeness of their security personnel. The otherone they call him a supervisor he was even pointing me in my face saying things like "he is to busy yena to look for things he doesn't care about". I feel all of them they don't want to take any responsibility for my lost item. Sad and frustrated yhaz to receive such treatment from Protea spar in Queenstown.
