Threats from Spar

On Saturday a good friend lost her cellphone at Lyndhurst Spar , she went back on Monday requesting to view the footage but was told to bring a till slip so they can see which till she was at , she could not find the slip and the footage was not viewed, we tried "Find my phone" or True caller änd we discovered the phone is being used by Kamogelo D , she went back to the store and asked if they have a lady employed there by that name and she was taken from pillar to post , i then contacted Spar head office via their Face book page and the response was immediate and great , giving me hope that they would investigate, but the very same day my friend got a call from Spar customer center***) and she was told that I would be sued by Spar if I DONT REMOVE THE FACEBOOK POST , no follow up on our claim or any positive result from my query , just vile threats ,I am so heart broken to realise that is how Spar treats queries from their clients, or it shows the calibre of staff they hire and how little our business as the public matter to them.
