Their online customer care is pointless.

I bought a 2kg Spar IQF chicken at Pick n Save Spar St Lucia, on the 19th of March 2023 at 10: 52 am. I opened it later that day in order to prepare for dinner, and to my surprise the meat was off, infact off is just an understatement, the meat was very much rotten. Seeing that it was my first time expiriencing something like this, I decided to contact them on their social media platform and explained everything to them. My contact details were taken and I was promised to be contacted as soon as possible but to this day I still have not received any communication from them. We even had to throw away the meat because there was nothing we could do with it.
