**** supervisor's service - 04.08.2020- Umlazi Mega City branch

had to wait for more than 40 minutes for the overcharge to be resolved. Pathetic. Cashiers informed the supervisor in time but only attended to it when I stopped him. He would walk pass, be on the phone, go to the office, attend to others and when I asked him whats happening coz he said I must wait, it would be like he didnt know or forgot.
