Spar Veg is not fresh - asked to return goods to store during Coronavirus

I Complained about quality of your veggies. Freshline spinach had insect bite marks, and green beans which was growing mould after 1 day of purchase. Green beans also had no expiry date - why??? After complaining about the spinach on Spar customer services via email - they responded after 3 days & said that I must return the spinach bag to store. I threw it away 3 days ago. Why would I want to run back to store (waste further time and money), to stand in lines, to return something especially during the Coronavirus outbreak where I'm limiting my time in stores. That is why I took pictures. Quality of veg is horrible and it is not fresh. Sorry, I will not be buying anything fresh from Spar anymore.
