Spar Specials never available always out of stock

We received an SMS with the special for Baby Soft 2 ply Toilet Rolls 24s 350 Sheets for R99.99. We went there yesterday morning to buy, and they told us they are still waiting for the stock to come they haven't received it yet. We must come back at 14h00 again yesterday. We went back at 14h00 and were told they are still waiting for the stock. I called again at 14h37 and asked the lady who answers the phone about it, and she told me she don’t know why they told us to come back at 14h00 because they haven't received the stock. She then put me through to Maria the despatch manager who also told me that they are still waiting for the stock, she took my number and told me she will call me as soon as they receive the stock. I called again this morning and the lady who answers the phone again said to me that they are still waiting for stock. I went to spar now to ask, and I bought some other toilet paper. The ladies at the till told us they have the toilet paper but when there is a special, they always say they are waiting for stock. They don’t unpack it and when the special is over, they unpack it and sell it at the normal price. Then I remembered this is not the first time a while back they did the same thing with the sunlight washing powder, just kept on saying they did not receive stock until the special is over. This is unacceptable.
