Spar Kwadukuza false advertising

Today me and my colleagues went to Spar in Stanger to buy a few items that were advertised ( grocery combo to be specific) and to our disappointment when we got to the till the cashier excluded the cooking oil from the combo , we tried speaking to the manager but our efforts were in vein.
