Spar Bata School Shoes Promotion

I am so dissapointed in Spar Head Office, 2 years ago I sent an email requesting that they inform me as soon as the promotional pots arrive. All the Spars in PE no longer had stock but I did not receive a response from them. Lets forget of my first issue, The issue at hand now is that their new promotion with the Bata school shoes at R40 when you spend R500 or more does not specify in their instore promotional material that only 1 slip would give you 1 pair of shoes irrespective of what you spend....well I spent R3100 and only when the goods where paid by card did the cashier inform me that I can only buy 1 pair after spending R3100. This was so disappointing....I was told that the T&C'S is on their website..Now do you expect me to read a website everytime Spar has a promotion?. To me this is false instore advertising. I dont want to buy these shoes for my family but every year we do Santas Shoebox and these shoes would have been such a blessing for a needy child. Yesterday, I spent R1 700 at my local Spar and I let the cashier ring up 3 different slips in order for me to buy 3 pairs of shoes. Now I dont even care about the bank charges for swiping my card 3, 4 or 10 times. What is important to me is that I put a smile on a needy childs face. Please can someone advise me what to do because spar customer service has NO customer service because they don't respond on their emails. The instore managers keep telling me about the T&C'S on the website but that is NOT what I want to hear. I am sure someone at Spar can make it happen for charity. I can buy 6 pairs of shoes with the R3100 I spent if only I knew I was suppose to divide my shopping into 6 payments. Before I end this off, a friend of mine purchased goods for just over R2000 and was told they dont have stock and will not be ordering in any more shoes. The problem here is, you can only buy the shoes where you purchased your groceries. This is so unfair. Please can someone help me and my friend. make a needy child happy.
