Rotten meat at Spar Radiokop

So I went to the Spar in Radiokop yesterday to buy a few essentials. I bought lamb necks. Only to find when I got home the lamb necks were rotten and smelling. So I went back to the store and asked to speak to the manager and he referred me to the owner. Who told me they sell fresh meat and he will address it with his butcher manager and take disciplinary action against them. He asked to come back today and I did. He refunded me and gave me 5 packs of lamb necks he said they were cut today. Guess what, they were also rotten. And I returned them and he didn’t say anything cos he was embarrassed. My thing is how many more customers have bought from that spar and got sold rotten meat? They just changed the sticker for expiry dates. Even one of the staff member said he just changes the dates and they don’t treat them well. The nerve of this man he told me how he employs over 70 people and he doesn’t really need to work. He’s been doing this for 40 years. but he still sells people rotten meat.
