Poor service

So spar had a special with baby soft tissue and their brand. How is it that most stores were out of stock immediately when the special started and some stores said the special is not at their store? I called 3 stores and all said no they don't have. One store had and I asked to keep aside for me to collect within an hour as I had a meeting and I was just told no, how inconsiderate yet I'm sure staff were allowed to keep for them. Also, one store that I called the lady was rude. Do staff not get trained customer service?
