MY SPAR 4 DAY SPECIAL- NO STOCK BEFORE THE SPECIAL

Everytime there's a special on the 24 pack Baby soft, Spar Meerensee,in Richards Bay never had stock yet advertises the product. Yesterday a 4 day special started 23-27 November, they open at 7am, I was there when they opened and they had absolutely no stock!! It's the second day and still no stock, neither are they offering alternatives!! This is disgusting!! And their customer service is terrible!!!
